Email

YourSchoolWeb provides a dedicated email account for all staff and pupils, accessible from home or school. Outgoing mail can be filtered to block unsuitable language and a disclaimer can be added to make it clear that emails are not necessarily official school communication.

Address Book

The YourSchoolWeb address book provides easy access to contacts within school, with search facility, a favourites list, and the ability to create custom distribution lists. Distribution lists for teaching groups are created automatically from the school timetable information.

Calendar

YourSchoolWeb lets everyone know what’s going on at your school with a searchable calendar that can be viewed by week, month or term.

News

Keep all members of the school community up-to-date with a pupil-lead news system. Publish stories contributed by any member of the school community.

Forums*

Forums provide a multi-purpose online discussion space. YourSchoolWeb includes facilities for monitoring and managing pupil-to-pupil discussions.
