• Q: Can I insert additional text when logging an event?

  A: Yes, you can post any amount of text when logging events, with the added ability for different staff to post comments if an incident is referred.

• Q: Can I get my pupils involved in making this a success?

  A: Yes, pupils can be given instant access to their own behaviour record, plus access to school, year group and subject league tables. This all helps to keep pupils interested in their own behaviour, pushing themselves to behave better!

• Q: Can I view behaviour statistics for individuals and teaching groups?

  A: Yes, there are many analysis sheets available for individual pupils, teaching groups, tutor groups and year groups. These provide instant access to the number of rewards and consequences issued, along with detailed breakdowns and graphs.

• Q: Am I able to refer incidents to another member of staff?

  A: Yes, you are able to refer serious incidents on, according to the school's management structure, to curriculum managers, pastoral coordinators or senior management. Incidents can be referred as many times as required, with the ability for each member of staff to take action or make notes.

• Q: Can I access the behaviour module from home?

  A: Yes, the behaviour module can be accessed from home over an encrypted connection, using client certificates for extra security.

• Q: Can the behaviour module take automatic action when a certain condition is met?

  A: Yes, the system can be setup to mirror the needs of your school, including sending emails and issuing special rewards or consequences when conditions are met; for instance ten merits can automatically trigger the award of a commendation.
